Construct additions and alterations to an existing single-family dwelling to include a new lower deck at grade, repairs to an existing upper rear deck (not to be structurally altered) as well as in-kind repairs and replacements of existing ramp, walkways, retaining walls, railings and landings as applied for per Trustees approval. Floodplain development permit is required.
