for a Ten (10) Year Maintenance Permit to dredge a 7,510 sq.ft. area of private communal boat basin to a finished maximum depth of -4’ MLW by dredging an approximately 5,330 sq.ft. inshore area to a maximum depths of -4’ MLW, and dredging an approximately 2,180 sq.ft. offshore area to a depth of -4.5’ MLW, which is to be backfilled with a 6 inch deep, approximately 40 cubic yards gravel cap; and temporarily place approximately 315 cubic yards of resultant spoil inside geotextile tubes located in 2,340 sq.ft. deposition area on adjacent parcel to south, prior to removal for offside disposal; all as depicted on the site plan prepared by En-Consultants, received on September 3, 2026, and stamped approved on October 14, 2026
