to construct a dock attached to bulkhead consisting of a 3’x14’ hinged ramp to a 6’x20’ floating dock secured by two 10” diameter piles situated in an “L” configuration; construct a 16’x33’ swimming pool (southwest corner to be elevated up to 18” above existing grade); remove portion of existing stone patio as needed and install 6’ wide paver stones; construct a 596sq.ft. masonry pool patio; and install a pool drywell and pool enclosure fencing; and as depicted on the site plan prepared by Kenneth M. Woychuk Land Surveying PLLC, received on July 31, 2026, and stamped approved on August 2, 2026 and the site plan prepared by En-Consultants, received on August 5, 2026 and stamped approved on August 5, 2026
