Wetland Permit

to construct approximately 60 linear feet of vinyl bulkhead in place of existing timber bulkhead; construct a 12 linear foot long vinyl return along easterly property line in place of existing return; backfill with approximately 15 cubic yards of clean sandy fill to be trucked in from an approved upland source; remove and replace in-place existing ±5’x5.5’ cantilevered wood landing and 3’x6’ steps to beach; remove and replace in-place a 3’x±10’ section of existing 3’x±22’ masonry walkway; and to maintain the existing 7’ wide non-turf buffer along the landward edge of the bulkhead; all as depicted on the site plan prepared by En-Consultants, received on June 5, 2026, and stamped approved on July 15, 2026
