to remove existing concrete bulkhead and replace it with a 71 linear foot long vinyl bulkhead landward of existing, aligning with neighboring bulkhead with a raised height of 12” above existing bulkhead height; install 60 linear feet of rock revetment against seaward face of new bulkhead; remove existing 14’x50’ seaward deck with steps to beach and construct a 7’x50’ deck landward of proposed bulkhead using new un-treated timber decking; with the condition that any structure, cantilevered or otherwise, be no further seaward than 7’ from dwelling; new bulkhead to be in line with neighboring bulkhead to the east to perform a direct tie-in; and as depicted on the site plan prepared by Jeffrey Patanjo, received on July 7, 2026, and stamped approved on July 15, 2026
