existing two-story dwelling (2,362sq.ft. footprint) with attached garage and for additions and alterations consisting of a 538.25sq.ft. one-story addition, a 96sq.ft. front covered porch, a 427sq.ft. second story addition over garage, replace sections of the dwelling’s seaward side wall to add windows and a door; dwelling to have new siding and roofing; existing 547sq.ft. seaward deck with stairs to be replaced in-kind and in-place; install a 20.2sq.ft. outdoor shower with a dedicated 50 gal. drywell; abandon existing septic system and install an I/A OWTS sanitary system; install a stormwater drainage system; any excavated material will be used at site for backfill and any extra will be removed from the site; and to establish and perpetually maintain a 10’ wide non-turf buffer area along the landward edge of the wetlands; and as depicted on the site plan prepared by AMP Architecture, received on June 9, 2026, and stamped approved on June 10, 2026
