PZ - Zoning Permit

A1 will build out a portico on the front entry way of the home with two support 4 / 9 pillars. Style: TBD. -Portico not to exceed 6ft in diameter and will project no more than 4ft from the home. Homeowners will have a separate contractor build out the cement steps to the front door prior to A1 starting our work. -A1 side the front of the portico to match the new siding (Mastic Ovation D4 Clapboard in Quiet Willow) complete with all necessary underpayments. -A1 will roof the portico to match the new roofing (Owens Corning Duration Onyx Black Architectural) complete with all necessary underlayments.
