****MARGARET IS ASSIGNED TO THIS**** 10/01/2026: Need main Building permit amended to include 2nd floor, with added fees if any 10/01/2026: Need make/model; also, main permit does not mention the 2nd floor work -- Dean from Kapura GC has sent Comment to add it Install SaniPlus upflush toilet in basement, fix melted plumbing drain lines in basement. Replace shower, toilet and vanity/sink on second floor, run new supply lines and valves to each.
