****MARGARET IS WORKING ON THIS*************** Relocate washing machine hook up that is currently located in 1st floor bathroom into the 1st floor bathroom closet. Install customer supplied 32 inch x 60 inch shower base and delta shower valve where existing washer and dryer are located. The base will be plastic and the homeowner has a contractor doing tile walls. We will run pex for the water pipe to the shower valve and washing machine hook up from the existing basement lines and run 2 inch pvc to the washer drain and shower drain. Depending on location of current vent pipe which will be determined during the demo, we may use a mechanical vent so we do not have to open up any walls upstairs in the 2nd floor bathroom. The customer may redo the 2nd floor bath in the future at that time we would delete the mechanical vent and run a vent to the attic. The home owner is supplying all materials except pipes and fittings. We are only hired to do the shower and washer work. If any other alterations are taking place we are not aware at this time.
