The new condenser will be installed on a new leveled pad with a rock base. A new American Standard evaporator coil will be installed on top of the existing furnace. A new zoning system will be installed to separate the first and second floors. A new April Air humidifier will be installed for better humidity control during the winter months. A new copper line set will be installed. Price includes all material, labor CA fee included
