***DAVE IS ASSIGNED TO THIS**** Installation of a new high efficient Mitsubishi ductless system. There will be 2 indoor wall mounted units with 1 outdoor unit. There will be a 18K BTU unit installed for the family room area and a 12K BTU unit installed in the primary bedroom. The outdoor unit will be installed on a new leveled pad with heat pump feet. The copper piping on the outside of the wall will be covered with white slim duct. Each indoor unit will be controlled with a remote control. Price includes all material, labor, communication wiring and high voltage wiring. CA fee included
