***DAVE IS ASSIGNED TO THIS**** Remove the existing gas furnace and a/c system and a cart it away. Install a new American Standard high efficient 2 stage gas furnace and American Standard a/c system in its place. The new condenser will be installed on a new leveled pad with a rock base. A new American Standard evaporator coil will be installed on top of the new furnace. A new April Air filter system will be installed for better indoor air quality and efficiency. A new copper line set will be installed to connect the new condenser and evaporator coil. A new Ecobee WiFi and smartphone capable thermostat will be installed. The new furnace will be vented with PVC through the back of the house. Price includes all material, labor and electrical. CA fee included
