****DAVE **** C/A FEE Remove the existing gas boiler and water heater and cart them away. Install a new Burnham AltaC high efficient Combi gas boiler in its place. The new boiler will be mounted on the wall and will be vented with PVC through the side of the house. All new boiler trim will be installed. This will consist of 3 new zone valves, expansion tank, autofeed with backflow preventer and air scoop. A new mixing valve will be installed on the potable hot water side to reduce the risk of scalding hot water at fixtures. A Aqua Pure scale prevention device will be installed on the domestic cold water inlet to help prevent scale build up on the domestic hot water heat exchanger.
