***DAVE IS WORKING ON THIS**** Remove the existing gas furnace and ac system and cart it away. Install a new American Standard high efficient gas furnace and a new American Standard high efficient ac system in its place. The new condenser will be installed on a new leveled pad with a rock base. A new copper line set will be installed. The new furnace will be tied into the existing ductwork. A Ecobee WiFi and smartphone capable thermostat will be installed. Price includes all material, labor and electrical CA fee included
