****DAVE IS WORKING ON THIS**** Installation of a new Mitsubishi ductless system to serve the new addition area. There will be 3 indoor wall mounted units and 1 outdoor unit. Each indoor unit will be controlled with a remote control. The outdoor unit will be installed on a new leveled pad on the right front side of the house. The existing condenser that serves the main home will be relocated to the right side of the house. The existing floor supply will be relocated from the baseboard area to the floor. Price includes all material, labor and communication wiring. High voltage wiring is not included in the price. C/A Fee
