***MIKE IS WORKING ON THIS**** Addition with 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, and living room area will be wired to meet code. Outlets no further apart than 12' and additional outlets where they are needed for the customer. Recessed lighting will be installed in the hallway and living room area. Center fixtures to be installed for each bedroom. Smoke detectors will be wired where they are needed. In order to attached smoke detectors to the rest of the house we may need to use WIFI activated ones since old work wiring is not doable without damaging interior walls. Dedicated feed will be installed for the bathroom. Exhaust fan and vanity light will be installed. Feeds will be arc/gfci protected where needed.
