*************MIKE IS WORKING ON THIS************* Homeowner to perform electrical installation for a new 20' x 20' residential addition. Work includes installation of new 120V receptacle outlets, lighting outlets/fixtures, switches, and electric baseboard heating units. New branch circuits will be installed from the existing electrical panel as required to serve receptacles, lighting, and heating loads. All wiring methods, overcurrent protection, conductor sizing, and device installations will comply with the current National Electrical Code (NEC) and local amendments. All receptacles will be tamper-resistant and GFCI/AFCI protected where required. All equipment will be properly grounded and bonded. Work will be subject to required inspections.
