Installation of house wrap with taped seams on the entire house and fanfold with tape seams on the entire house. Install flashing around all windows, doors, and fixtures penetrations. Install new vinyl siding with corrosion-resistant fasteners. Install corner posts, j-channel and fascia boards as required. Install new drip edge, aluminum gutters, and downspouts to proper pitch and placement as required. C/A Fee
