Install 6 feet of self-adhering ice and water barrier at all eaves (or more if needed per overhang). Install approved roof deck seam tape over all plywood sheathing seams, followed by synthetic roofing underlayment over the roof deck. Existing roof ventilation consists of a ridge vent and will remain unchanged. Install/replace step flashing at roof-to-wall intersections as required, and properly flash all roof penetrations and applicable roof transitions. All roofing materials and installation will be completed in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation requirements. C/A Fee
