****JIM IS ASSIGNED TO THIS**** Remove current wood siding, inspect the sheathing and replace any questionable areas. Install Tyvek house wrap and tape all seems, Install 3/8 insulated fan fold and tape all seams. Install D5 Royal estate, royal vinyl board and batten siding, and tando stone. Install appropriate soffit vented and solid where needed. Wrap all windows and fascia with trim coil. 2779 square feet of siding to be installed which includes waste factored in. C/A Fee
