****MARGARET IS ASSIGNED TO THIS**** Roofing replacement and vinyl siding replacement. Roofing project consists of removing existing layer of old shingles, and replacing with new GAF arch. design shingles. We will install Ice shield on bottom rows (2) so 6 foot of coverage for ice damming (or as needed per overhang). We will apply seam tape on all plywood seams, synthetic paper everywhere else. Ridge vent will be installed also for attic breathing. The roof has 2 different sections and 2 valleys which will get Ice shield. Total roof:1800 sq.ft. Siding project consists of removing existing vinyl siding and replacing with new Norandex D-4" vinyl siding. New corners and J-channels around windows. Not replacing soffits and any aluminum trim including rakes and such. Not replacing gutters either. Total Square footage is 30 Squares CA fee included
