****MARGARET IS ASSIGNED TO THIS**** The current 1 layer of 29 squares will be removed down to clean decking. We will then install the following GAF products: GAF Timberline UHDZ architectural shingles. Ice and water 6 feet from the eaves and in valleys. Full ice and water underlayment will be installed with two layers on low pitched shed roof on rear side of home. GAF weather blocker starter strips will be installed along with all new F8 drip edge on all of the rakes and eaves to maintain high wind rating. All roof boots on vent stacks along with any roof vents will be replaced. Code compliant ridge venting capped with high wind Timbertex ridge caps will be installed. Energy star rated Velux mechanical skylight with blinds will be replaced with new unit. All trash will be removed. As a certified GAF roofing installer we will install to GAF's system plus limited warranty standards. CA Fee included
