GAF timberline UHDZ architectural shingles with ice and water shield minimum six feet from eaves and in valleys. Full Ice and water underlayment. Starter strips on rakes and eaves for high wind rating. Replace all roof boots on any vent stacks as needed. Install code compliant ridge venting capped with GAF Timbertex ridge caps. All trash will be removed. We are certified with GAF and will offer the GAF system plus limited warranty. CA Fee included
