****JIM IS ASSIGNED TO THIS**** Convert an existing 6.5 foot picture window with flankers to accommodate a new Andersen 400 series sliding patio door. The existing opening will be modified and framed as needed for the new door installation including headers and additional 2x4 framing as necessary. The sliding door has a U-factor of 0.30, The existing exterior wall is 2x4 wood frame construction with the roof being the only existing structure above the opening. Insulation will be added as needed around the modified opening. New header will be (2) 2X10 with 6'-2" RO. C/A Fee
