Work includes framing of recreation/family room and storage areas, insulation, drywall, finished flooring, doors/closets, and associated electrical work. Existing mechanical equipment and stairway to remain. Framing details: All new walls built using 2x4 (1.5" x 3.5") lumber with a pressure-treated bottom plate; Concrete floor with applied waterproof/mold-resistant epoxy coating; Insulation: R15 insulation for new walls and thermo-acoustic insulation for the mechanical room All room wood doors (30" W x 80" H) and sliding closet doors; Suspended ceiling (Armstrong system); minimum basement ceiling height is95" (7' 11"); Basement exits include a window (3' W x 5' H) and sliding doors (60" W x 80" H). ******NO BATHROOM, NO BEDROOM OR SLEEPING AREA ************** CA fee included
