****MARGARET IS ASSIGNED TO THIS**** Removal of all stone ballasts off of small section on north west corner of building (30 square). Removal of all flashings from all units, walls, pipes, etc. on roof; removal of loose EPDM from parapets. Clean roof area of all debris to prepare for new roof installation. Replace any wet/saturated components. Install ½” ISO Insulation over the existing 3 ½” insulation on entire roof deck (mechanically fastened). install Carlisle 60 mil re-enforced EPDM 325 sq mechanically fastened on entire roof area and walls. Install new flashings (per Carlisle manufacturer's specifications) on all vents, walls, drains, units, etc. Install .040 aluminum coping around outside perimeter of building. CA fee included
