Residential - Alteration/Renovation - Exterior

***JIM IS WORKING ON THIS**** Contractor taking over the work for permit B-26-86308. An Addition of approx. 23X14 will be added on consisting of a bath and a bedroom. The project will also have a new kitchen with plumbing to remain in place. A 2X4 framed load bearing wall will be replaced with a W824 and 3 - inch square stock for columns. The columns will be placed on a w18X24 directly below. Replacement windows and a front door with no changes to the existing openings. Trim, floors and paint to complete the renovation. C/A Fee
