Commercial - Fit-out

***DAVE IS ASSIGNED TO THIS**** C/O Fee THE LEGACY COMMUNITY SCHOOL I am submitting the formal application online so that I have a file number, per the Deputy Fire Marshall. I have met with building department and fire department to discuss the property, changes that must be made due to a change of use, modifications needed for educational usage, etc. All life safety items have been added. No new construction, just cosmetic work and updated items (i.e. new emergency lights to replace the older versions). I have put in the tentative cost of supplies for the cosmetic changes made to the space (i.e. paint, panic hardware for doors, etc).
