***MARGARET IS WORKING ON THIS**** Remove existing asphalt shingles from the 2173 square foot roof. Inspect the roof decking and replace damaged sheathing as needed. Install 4 inch seam tape at roof deck joints, new roofing underlayment, ice and water barrier at eaves valleys and required flashing areas, architectural shingles, starter shingles, drip edge, ridge cap shingles, pipe flashing, step flashing and wall flashing. No structural changes are proposed. CA fee included
