***JIM IS WORKING ON THIS**** Existing sill plate and rim joist on rear addition of home has rot/damage. remove old portion of sill plate and rim joist. sill sealer to be utilized under pt lumber for sill plate, rim joist npt, flashing added between vinyl siding and new rim joist to direct water past rim joist, trimmed out with composite face board. visual access is currently limited, same size lumber to be used. approved nails or structurally rated screws to be used to attach new rim joist to existing floor joists, sill will be secured per code to foundation. please advise if in person inspection is required as access will be via a cut out in the floor. Plumbing permit to follow to move existing gas line during the repair. C/A Fee
