Finished Basement

****DAVE IS WORKING ON THIS**** Interior renovation of an existing finished basement at 19 Oakmont Way, Southington, CT. The project includes the construction of two bedrooms, a family room, and one full bathroom within the existing footprint of the residence. No addition or expansion to the building footprint is proposed. Existing Bilco doors will serve as the emergency egress for Bedroom #1, and a new code-compliant egress window will be installed for Bedroom #2. Zoning approval and B-100 approval have been obtained. The work will be performed by the licensed contractor, Carlos Vargas of Jenry Home Improvement. Attached are the Zoning Approval, B-100 Approval, construction plan, Certificate of Insurance, contractor's license, and Letter of Authorization from Jenry Home Improvement. C/A Fee
