Norandex house wrap with taped seams on entire house, install fanfold insulation with tape seams on entire home, wrap any exposed fascia or wood windows. Install new J channel. under sill, and corner posts. Remove and dispose of 10 double hung, 1 picture, 1 bay existing window units. Install new replacement windows, U factor 0.27. Seal, insulate, and finish each window according to manufacturer specifications. -Replace back door with Provia double patio sliding door with black handles, U factor 0.28. Remove Mullion and Restructure header with LVL Stamped and rated for 12’ span. CA fee included
