****MARGARET IS WORKING ON THIS*************** Strip off existing 2 layers of shingles. Install 26 squares of new shingles. the shingles are Owen’s Corning 30 year Architectural. Ice and water shield will be installed over all the roof sheathing. Cobra ridge vent will be installed along all the ridges. The existing step flashing will be reused as it’s behind the wood siding, some pieces my need to be replaced, new lead will be installed around the chimney, and new boots around any vent pipes.
