****MARGARET IS WORKING ON THIS*************** Remove and dispose of all existing roofing materials down to the roof deck. Inspect roof decking and replace any damaged or rotted wood as needed. Install new GAF HDZ 50-year architectural shingles 34 sq (color selected by owner) with proper nailing pattern per manufacturer specifications. Install GAF synthetic underlayment over entire roof surface. Install ice and water shield in all valleys, eaves, roof penetrations, and all required code areas. Install seam tape. Replace all flashing, pipe boots, and roof penetrations including vents, chimneys, and skylights as needed. Install ridge vent system with matching cap shingles where applicable. Replace drip edge, rake edge, and step flashing as needed. Install starter strips at all eaves and rakes. Clean job site daily and upon completion. Dumpster provided. Permits and final inspection included. Includes 25-year workmanship warranty and 50-year GAF manufacturer warranty. CA fee included
