Install Owens Corning Pro Armor wide synthetic underlayment with reinforced fiberglass. Install architectural Owens Corning Shingle. Duration. Install Owens Corning ProEdge Ridge Cap. 2 vent boots. Properly step flash around chimney and install new lead counter flashing. Number of sides on chimney: 3. Current ventilation is not properly working and will be modified. Current Ventilation on the house: Soffit/Ridge/Gable. A1 will close gables and ventilate ridge. A1 will repoint chimney from roofline up where needed and install a new concrete crown with stainless chimney cap. CA fee included
