Strip, replace any questionable plywood, Ice and water the first 3 to 6 feet (or as needed per overhang) and all the valleys, seam tape, synthetic underlayment, we don't change any of the ventilation, we keep it as it was originally, we use a 30 plus year roofing , we use drip edge and rake edge if needed. CA fee included.
