Pool House

09/09/2026: Building passed, need Electrical to pass final inspection before CA can be issued. Permit requested for a 14'x14' poolhouse to be placed in the side yard at 20' from property line and 3.9' from home. Structure to include 4'x6' bathroom inside so will require plumbing and electrical work. Poolhouse will be included in the barrier of the pool with a fence on either side of the structure with once door to an outdoor bathroom located inside the fenced in area and a larger door opening to the driveway. There will be no connection between the bathroom and the inside of the structure Installed wit 4 duck bill anchors with 3300 lbs. capacity each. CA Fee
