NAMCO POOLS: Expanding into Unit 2 1. Build wall approx. 80 feet long by 10 feet high, finished with sheetrock on one side and open studs on the other side using metal studs. 2. Repair/Patch all damaged sheetrock and paint all walls inside of the building using 1 layer of primer and 2 layers of paint. 3. Make 2 Openings in interior walls larger. 4. Replace 3 doors, with same opening sizes. 5. Cut all bolts on the floor left behind by previous tenant and replace all damaged floor rubber mats, (approx. 450 square feet). Replace damaged tiles and remove existing fence left behind by previous tenant. 7.
