HEATING

Black Swan will remove old gas fireplace and venting. We will make any necessary framing adjustments for the new fireplace, insulate, sheetrock and fire foam the cavity. We will then install a new Heat N Glo 6KX gas fireplace. The new fireplace will be vented with DVP vent pipe through the same hole and vented horizontally.
