HEATING

Install new Mitsubishi two-zone ductless mini-split heat pump system. Installation to include one 30,000 BTU Hyper Heat outdoor condenser (MXZ-3D30NLHZ) serving one 15,000 BTU indoor wall-mounted unit (MSZ-FX15NL) and one 6,000 BTU indoor wall-mounted unit (MSZ-FX06NL). Install associated refrigerant line sets, condensate drainage, control/interconnecting wiring, equipment pad, and necessary connections. System to be installed and commissioned in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable codes.
