Replacement of the pre-existing wood deck at the rear of the house with a new deck. New deck to be 161" wide x 121" deep, with the same height. The landing platform at the door is 62" x 64". Landing area at door to be 62" x 64". The height of the deck remains the same. No footprint expansion proposed, re-establishing prior structure location.
