Home Enterprise - Cottage Food or Home Baking

Establishment of a home-based cottage food business, using my residential kitchen. Products will be sold directly to consumers through pre-orders, farmers markets, local events, and scheduled pickups or deliveries. The business will remain a small-scale home occupation and will comply with all applicable local zoning requirements and Connecticut Cottage Food regulations.
