RE-ROOF

Scope of Work- Full Roof Replacement Complete removal and replacement of the existing roofing system. Work includes removal of existing roofing materials down to the roof decking and proper disposal of all debris. Roof decking will be inspected for damaged, deteriorated, or rotted areas. Any necessary decking replacement will be completed as required. Install new ice and water shield in required areas, synthetic roofing underlayment, drip edge, and all necessary flashing. Install new asphalt architectural shingles across the entire rood according to manufacturer specifications. Replace or properly seal flashing around vents, pipes, walls, or other roof penetrations as applicable. Install new ridge cap shingles and ensure proper roof ventilation. Upon completion, all roofing debris, nails, and construction materials will be removed from the property. The surrounding work area will be thoroughly cleaned, and the new roofing system will be inspected to ensure proper installation and weather protection.
