Structural repair due to water intrusion at existing second story balcony. Remove existing elevated deck, approximately 110 SF of cedar clapboard siding and deteriorated exterior sheathing. Replace damaged upper wall plates and exterior sheathing. Install house wrap and ZIP tape weather barrier and replace cedar clapboard siding. Interior demolition as required to access structural repairs. Interior cabinetry and remediation work by others.
