RE-ROOF

Work to be done on the entire home. Strip the roofing down to the decking. Replace as needed. Apply ice and water barrier on the eaves (6'), in the valleys, bases of protrusions, deck seam tape, synthetic underlayment, aluminum metal edging, starter courses, Certainteed Landmark AR shingles (6 nails per), 4' baffled ridge vent and capping shingles.
