Insulation will be perform in Opened Attic (Blown in Cellulose) as well as the Walls, Dense Pack Cellulose. Insulation Contractor will move loose items away from wall as needed at no additional charge. Items that are fixed in place such as vanities will not be removed and contractor will work around them. Harisi Energy and the owners Frank and Nancy Brescia have all agreed to comply with the rules set forth by the current BICC Committee members of the Heritage Village Master Association, specifically, that under no circumstances will Harisi Energy put any insulation between an inside wall and a water pipe that is on an exterior wall. Additionally, if in the future Heritage Village has found blown-in insulation was added to an inside wall cavity with a water pipe, Heritage Village will not be responsible for any frozen or broken pipes due to violation of the variance conditions. Harisi Energy's re-asserts it's plan for this blown-in insulation job at 527A Winship Drive--we will simply skip those bays that contain water pipes.
