Complete remodel. Replace all windows and doors- same location. Convert master bedroom slider to egress window. Make the one in living room smaller by 1 foot. Guest Bathroom: convert tub area to shower. Master Bathroom: Change entry by moving partial non weight-bearing wall. Extend shower. Remove partial small non weight-bearing wall by toilet. Replace vanity. New tile. Build walk-in closet. Kitchen: Move partial non weight-bearing wall (see specs). Install new cabinets. Building closet in entry. New flooring throughout. Paint.
