Provide complete removal and disposal of the existing roofing system down to the roof decking. Inspect the roof sheathing and replace any damaged or deteriorated plywood/OSB as needed to provide a solid nailing surface. Install ice and water shield at all required areas, synthetic underlayment (felt paper), seam tape where applicable, and all necessary roofing accessories, including drip edge, flashing, pipe boots, ridge vent, and fasteners. Complete the installation in accordance with manufacturer specifications, local building codes, and industry standards to ensure a weather-tight, fully functional roofing system.
