REMODEL

Remove and dispose of all existing siding and exterior accessories. Inspect exterior wall sheathing and prepare the home for new siding installation. Install new house wrap over the entire home for a continuous weather-resistant barrier. Install .5 rigid foam insulation over the house wrap. Wrap all window casings and exterior door trim with new 3.5 vinyl trim. Install new Double 4 vinyl siding on the entire home. Install new vented vinyl soffit panels on all eaves and solid vinyl soffit panels on all rake overhangs. Wrap all fascia, rakes, and exterior trim with color-matched aluminum coil stock. Install all new exterior light mounting blocks, dryer vent, and all necessary siding accessories for a complete finished installation. Seal all penetrations and trim as needed to provide a clean weather-tight installation
