REMODEL

Construction of new masonry porch at rear of home ONLY (pool house and garage shown for reference), in place of the removed wooden deck. Roof reconstruction, spanning the patio width. Rewiring of existing electrical for lighting/fan and in-ceiling speakers, etc. Porch to step down onto proposed pool patio, and butted up against a proposed pool house (see drawings for reference). Additional pad attached to footing for future outdoor fireplace.
